Elite training + real games every week—no separate league required The only basketball program that combines mental performance & professional skill development with coached 4v4 competition—every single week Each session includes: • High-level skill training led by Empire coaches • Live 4v4 games where players immediately apply what they’ve learned • Coached competition focused on IQ, spacing, decision-making, and confidence We also have Mental Performance Coach Dave Boyer that will speak to the players about how to overcome nerves, and mental blocks to perform at their highest level. No more choosing between training or a league. No more paying for two separate programs.

Participants must be in good physical health. Participation in basketball training involves physical activity that may carry risk of injury. By attending, you agree that Empire, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that occur during or in connection with any session. Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration. Parents/Guardians must refrain from coaching or interfering during the session unless invited by staff. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the session. These images/videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the session.
