2 players - 1 hour spilt workout. Perform an intense 30min on court workout followed directly by a 30min shooting workout on the shooting machine.
Cancellation Policy
Participants must be in good physical health. Participation in basketball training involves physical activity that may carry risk of injury. By attending, you agree that Empire, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that occur during or in connection with any session. Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration. Parents/Guardians must refrain from coaching or interfering during the session unless invited by staff. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the session. These images/videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the session.
