Service Description
This workout is spilt into 2 parts. 1 hour total - It starts with a 30 minute private session and then 30 minute shooting machine session where the player works on specific workouts that Coach Christian gives to them based on their skill development needs.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment All private sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must give at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged $25. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Empire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). In such cases, clients will receive a credit or refund Health and Fitness Requirements Participants must be in good physical condition and medically cleared to participate in physical activity. Any existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries must be disclosed prior to the first session. Empire is not liable for injuries that occur during training sessions due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow instruction. Liability Waiver By participating in training, you agree to assume all risks associated with basketball activity. Empire, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or property loss arising from the sessions. Session Conduct Clients are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to train. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the session without refund. Repeated misconduct may lead to permanent suspension from training. 6. Parental Consent (For Minors) Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at the first session and must submit a signed consent and liability waiver. Parents/guardians may observe sessions but should not interfere unless requested by the coach. 7. Photography & Media Use Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for training review or promotional purposes. You may opt out of media use by informing Empire in writing prior to the session. 9. Force Majeure Empire is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, facility closure, natural disasters).
